Industrial Manufacturing

Used for workshop floors and equipment operation platforms (impact-resistant and pressure-resistant), easy to clean (e.g., round-bean pattern design for food workshops), and supports customized processing.

Staircase Systems: Core Components for Anti-Slip Safety and Long-Term Corrosion Resistance

Application Locations:

Outdoor stairs of residential/commercial buildings, basement stairs, factory fire-fighting stairs, emergency stairs in venues

Core Requirement Matching:

Anti-Slip Safety: Lentil-shaped or diamond-shaped patterns are preferred (with a protrusion height of 1.5-3mm and a friction coefficient ≥ 0.6), which can effectively prevent people from slipping in rainy weather, water stains, or oily environments (especially for scenarios involving the elderly, children, and equipment handling);

Environmental Adaptability: Outdoor/basement stairs are in long-term contact with moisture and condensed water. The hot-dip galvanized layer (zinc layer thickness ≥ 80μm) can resist rust, avoiding pattern peeling and tread deformation of ordinary steel plates caused by rust. Its service life is 8-12 years longer than that of non-galvanized stair treads;

Flexible Processing: It can be custom-cut according to stair tread dimensions (e.g., standard treads of 260mm×1100mm), and edges can be bent for reinforcement (to prevent deformation from treading), adapting to different stair widths (e.g., 1.1m width for residential stairs and 1.5m width for factory stairs).

Industrial and Commercial Platforms: Lightweight Load-Bearing and Wear-Resistant Adaptation

Application Locations

Factory mezzanine platforms, workshop operation platforms, atrium hollow platforms in shopping malls, loading and unloading platforms in logistics warehouses

Core Requirement Matching:

Structural Enhancement: The concave-convex structure of the patterns reduces the bending deflection of the steel plate by more than 30% compared to ordinary steel plates of the same thickness. For example, a 10㎡ mezzanine platform built with 3mm-thick patterned plates can bear a uniformly distributed load of ≤ 500kg/㎡ (e.g., for equipment storage and personnel movement) without additional steel section welding reinforcement, reducing structural dead weight and construction costs;

Wear Resistance: Factory platforms are frequently in contact with forklifts and carts. The protruding parts of the patterns can withstand high-frequency friction, avoiding rapid wear on the platform surface; the hot-dip galvanized layer can also resist erosion from workshop oil stains and dust, lowering the difficulty of daily cleaning and maintenance;

Convenient Installation: Compared with concrete platforms, patterned plates are only 1/5 the weight (a 3mm-thick plate weighs approximately 24.5kg per ㎡). They can be quickly fixed to steel keels with bolts, shortening the platform construction period (e.g., a 100㎡ platform can be completed in 2-3 days).
